Alice in Wonderland

Curiouser and curiouser…

Take a tumble down the rabbit hole and join Alice, The White Rabbit and The Mad Hatter on a surreal steam sojourn into the depths of Wonderland. Who knows what you might find on this loony loco journey, perhaps you be able to find out why a raven is like a writing desk, or be called upon to play a spot of croquet with the Queen, just don’t be late or it’s off with your head!

This interactive quest will see you and your family join colourful and quirky costumed characters on a steam train ride, during which you will take part in a host of entertaining activities to complete the story.

What's Included?

  • One return trip from Bury to Rawtenstall hauled by one of our own surreal steam engines
  • A two-hour experience with Wonderland's wierdest 
  • Wonderland themed activities
  • Plenty of photo activities

Food and drink will be available to purchase from our café on Platform 3/4 at Bury Bolton Street Station and from our on-train buffet.
