Tally-ho chaps and chappettes, it’s almost that time again so dust off that polka-dot dress, wax that moustache and step into your finest dancing shoes for a weekend of glitz and glamour at the East Lancashire Railway’s award-winning 1940s Weekend! This year’s event features a veritable army of live musicians and entertainers to get your toes tapping, and if the lindy hop doesn’t get you jumping we have vintage stalls and vehicle exhibitions, interactive historical displays and scenarios, battle re-enactments and much more.

Also we just received a top secret report from HQ: Be a savvy saver and keep hold of those ration books for a rainy day by booking your tickets online and saving 10%!
