Bury Station Gift Shop

Our Gift Shop is located in Bury Bolton Street Station Booking Office and is converted from an old railway kiosk. Once the place to purchase newspapers and snacks for a long journey, the shop now offers a range of souvenirs, from toys and vintage knick-knacks to ELR branded clothing.

Only got a couple of quid to spare? Our pocket money gift selection is ideal for little ones looking for something to remember their school trip by, or for parents looking for something to keep the little ones quiet! There’s a wide range of stationary bits and bobs, keyrings and small toys.

Our larger toy selection encompasses branded merchandise like Thomas the Tank Engine Trackmaster engines, Big Jigs Train toys, Harry Potter gifts and other items that can make for great birthday presents if you’re celebrating a special day out. The Classic Train Set is particularly popular with both kids and kids at heart!

Railway Reads

If you’re looking for something to read during your train ride, or you have an interest in local and railway history, then you will definitely want to check out our Emporium. This area of the shop is dedicated to heritage literature. There are shelves upon shelves bursting with books and magazines covering the railway industry, the local area and more.

Opening times

The shop is open 9am – 4pm whenever trains are running on the East Lancashire Railway, including our Santa Special services.
