Steam Services Return!

We are pleased to say that our steam services will be returning to normal from Wednesday 26th August, just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend too!

Our rostered locomotive for the week ahead will be West Country 34092 ‘City of Wells’.

Of course we will continue to monitor any further dry weather in relation to running steam hauled services, but for now we can’t wait to see our heritage steam locomotives at the head of passenger trains after a couple of weeks of hot weather.

Our thanks go to the ELR’s Diesel Department for rallying around to roster extra locos and providing crews for the steam cover that we’ve had in place.

A £2.50 booking fee is applied per order, not per ticket. This fee is included in the total price shown before checkout. Any optional extras are clearly identified before you complete your purchase
