The East Lancashire Railway is inviting five local heroes to attend the new and improved Santa Specials event this December – all you have to do is nominate someone you think deserves it!
Five heroes will be selected to attend our renowned Santa Specials event for free with their families for a truly magical day out. They will kick-start their Christmas festivities by making their way through the enhanced winter wonderland at Bury where they will meet colourful Christmas characters like the magical talking Christmas Tree, Mrs Clause, an Ice Princess and more.
The fun will continue aboard one of the railway’s heritage steam trains where they will meet even more Christmas friends, including Santa himself who will be handing out gifts while the merry old brass band plays some Christmas faves. Grown-ups can look forward to a mince pie and tipple or soft drink whilst little ones can get stuck into chocolates, juice and the new festive activity packs.
Find out more about the event here.
If you have a local hero that you believe deserves an extra special Christmas experience, complete the form below. We will need:
- The person’s name
- The reason they deserve to win the Santa Special experience
- Their contact details (provided you have consent to share them)
